Campus Recreation's fitness program will be providing virtual group fitness classes for all students and MRC members. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-12:30p for our 30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training class. In just 30 minutes you'll get an extremely effective fast-paced calorie-burning workout focusing on high-intensity periods of strength and cardiovascular intervals via Zoom!
We are utilizing IMLeagues to pre-register and receive the Zoom link via the confirmation email. If you already have an IMLeagues account you will be able to register for classes like normal and will receive the confirmation email with the embedded Zoom link and class guidelines. If you are a student or faculty/staff member who does not have an account you can either go to the IMLeagues website or go to your Apple or Andriod app store to download the TAMUC Rec app for free and sign up with your school email.
