Campus Recreation's fitness program will be providing virtual group fitness classes for all students and MRC members. Wake up your body and explore the practice of yoga to strengthen, tone, and gain flexibility. Join us on a journey every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:15pm to find a calm and relaxed mind in a safe space where all levels are welcome via Zoom!
We are utilizing IMLeagues to pre-register and receive the Zoom link via the confirmation email. If you already have an IMLeagues account you will be able to register for classes like normal and will receive the confirmation email with the embedded Zoom link and class guidelines. If you are a student or faculty/staff member who does not have an account you can either go to the IMLeagues website or go to your Apple or Andriod app store to download the TAMUC Rec app for free and sign up with your school email.
