Campus Recreation's fitness program will be providing virtual group fitness classes for all students and MRC members. Come join us on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:15p-8:00p to get your cardio on without even realizing it in this exciting high energy class! This class utilizes self-expression, physical challenges, and healthy competition to simplify sassy and fun hip hop movements for all dance levels to enjoy!
We are utilizing IMLeagues to pre-register and receive the Zoom link via the confirmation email. If you already have an IMLeagues account you will be able to register for classes like normal and will receive the confirmation email with the embedded Zoom link and class guidelines. If you are a student or faculty/staff member who does not have an account you can either go to the IMLeagues website or go to your Apple or Andriod app store to download the TAMUC Rec app for free and sign up with your school email.
