Spin, squat, crunch and flip some tires in our group fitness classes this summer! Starting today May 16th we will have formats such as Bootcamp, Cycle, Core, Body Tone, and S.W.E.A.T for you and your friends to choose from Monday through Friday! All MRC members have full access to our Group Fitness classes for free and you can register online at the recportal link below, our Campus Rec app, or walk up the day of! We can't wait to see you in our classes this summer!
