The Mind Over Mood group is designed to help group members learn effective ways to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, increase mindfulness, identify values and improve their relationships. Members will interact with each other to practice skills and support each other in their growth process.
This group is open to all enrolled students. It will meet on Wednesdays from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. in the Counseling Center. Interested students are asked to meet with a group facilitator in advance to determine if the group will be a good fit for them.
