The Rayburn Student Center has launched an easy-to-use reservation request digital form. The form will allow you to request space at the Student Center as well as multiple outdoor spaces around campus.  The form is quick and easy to fill out. There are a series of mandatory risk/safety questions- if you answer yes to any of the risk/safety questions the office of campus safety and UPD will be notified of your request. This form will in most cases replace the Risk Assessment form.  You can find the form here.
