Women on Weights small group training teaches the fundamentals of strength training in a comfortable and inclusive environment for women. Through the development of proper form and movements, women will build the confidence to incorporate various exercises into their own strength training programs.
This small group training will cost $36 and will meet for 6 six weeks, twice a week, Mondays/Wednesdays from 6 - 7 p.m. starting January 30.
