Update 9/30/2024 - This event has been canceled.  The drawing for the Nourish U grand prize will be based on attendance for the first three classes of the series and the winner will be notified via email. The prize can be picked up at the Morris Recreation Center front desk.

Learn how to incorporate these wholesome ingredients into delicious recipes, adding variety and health benefits to your meals. Student attendees will have an opportunity to win a 20-piece measuring cup and measuring spoon set!
