The Department of Literature and Languages will host the 2023 MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival on Thursday, September 28th, in Talbot Hall, room 203. The event runs from 5:30-8 p.m.
This event is free and open to students, staff, faculty, and all members of the university and surrounding community.
Established in 1998, the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival is an international film showcase and competition held at cinemas worldwide to celebrate the achievement of short films. The festival runs for one week each year, and viewers participate in selecting winners. Finalists for this year feature filmmakers representing Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, Finland, Iran, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
