Our second Lion's Lecture Series event of the semester! Join the Graduate School and First-Year TRAC on Thursday, October 27th from 5p.m -6 p.m. in The Club. Our goal with the Lion's Lecture is to bring our faculty, staff, students, and community together to share ideas and get to know others in a relaxed setting. October's event will include:
- Dr. Carrie Klypchak (Theater)- 21st Century "Frankenstein Stuff?": My Journey with Neuromuscular Training and the New PoNS Device
- Dr. Karen Roggenkamp (Literature & Languages)- Lizzie Borden, Fact and Fiction
The Lion's Lecture Series are Ted-style talks (20 minutes) with guest speakers from our TAMUC community touching on topics that ignite their passion and aim to inspire and entertain the audience.
The event is free, cash bar and doors open at 4:30 p.m. Free pint glass to those who attend while supplies last.
