Hey Lions! We have updated our group fitness schedule for the 2nd half of the semester and introduced a few new forms.

 

  • Line Dance - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
  • Cycle - Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:15 - 8 a.m. (except for Monday, October 28) and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
  • Pumped Up Strength  - Mondays from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m., and Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:15 p.m.
