Flag Football (4v4) Tournament

Flag Football will take place on April 19-22 at Cain Sports Complex.  This will be tournament format with each team getting a minimum of two games.  The deadline to register is Thursday, April 15.  Face coverings will be required according to the state mandate.

Teams will be comprised of four players per team.  The maximum roster for each team is 8.  Spectators and extra players beyond the maximum are not allowed due to capacity limitations.

Shorts with pockets will NOT be allowed.  Pockets that are zipped, stapled, taped, or turned inside-out are also not allowed.  Additional rules can be found in the Handbooks & Manuals section

COVID 19 Modifications

  • Both teams will share a ball, it is recommended to not touch your face after utilizing any equipment.
  • Teams will come into close proximity with the opposing team due to the nature of the sport. Teams will maintain physical distancing before and after each game. 
  • There shall be no celebratory contact between any participants.
  • Masks are required for all participants and staff where six feet of distancing cannot be maintained.
  • Games will have an additional 10-15 minute window to allow teams to leave and avoid contact with the incoming teams, as well as to provide ample time for sanitation.
