In four weeks you will learn proper running technique, breathing, pacing and improve your endurance!
Class Dates: March 4-April 25
Class Days and Times: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Cost: $42 for 14 sessions
Registration: Register at the MRC front desk or at mymrc by Friday, March 1.
