Save the Date: Couch to 5K Small Group Training Class

Looking to run a 5K? Can't find the motivation to practice? Never ran a race before? Want to run the Dan Jones 5K?

We have the perfect class for you -- Couch to 5K!
In four weeks you will learn proper running technique, breathing, pacing and improve your endurance!
Class Dates: March 4-April 25

Class Days and Times: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Location: MRC 

Cost: $42 for 14 sessions

Registration: Register at the MRC front desk or at mymrc by Friday, March 1.
