Cosmos Odyssey

This fulldome planetarium show is about the history of the universe and of the human effort to understand it.  Starting from the mythological universe of ancient times, you will explore Ptolemy’s geocentric theory of the solar system, the heliocentric theory first proposed by Hipparchus and later Copernicus, the revolution brought to the study of the universe by the invention of the telescope, spectrum analysis, and finally, the latest technologies in today’s astronomical observatories.
