Cooking Skills and Simple Meal Prep

This program will cover basic cooking skills including knife skills, sautéing, using herbs and spices and pantry essentials for cooking. Students will also learn tips for preparing batches of food that can be spread out throughout the week. Attendees will be entered to win a Fullstar Vegetable Chopper.
