The Counseling Center presents a workshop focused on gaining a better understanding of anxiety symptoms and building skills to cope with anxiety. The causes of anxiety vary from person to person and this workshop will not attempt to identify the cause of your anxiety but can help you manage it better. This workshop is presented in three 30 minute segments, one week apart. You may attend any date separately but you will gain more from the workshop if you attend all three sessions in order, as the material builds on itself. There will be brief writing exercises between sessions to help participants gain insight into their own experience of anxiety. Completing all three segments will enable you to create your own personalized anxiety management plan.
